On a difficult day, the branch of the giant Apple in France woke up with a sudden fine of 1.1 billion euros, which is a very huge amount, and the reason is its contradictory behavior and the abuse of agents interested in selling their products.
The French government also imposed a fine of 60 million euros on Tech Data and a fine of nearly 70 million euros on Ingram Micro, companies that operate as wholesale agents, which are the separation between the company Apple and the phone and electronic devices market, on corruption charges.
The French authorities have justified its decisions that Apple and the agents whose names have been mentioned have concluded an agreement not to compete against some of them and prevent distributors from competing fairly and this is causing a severe problem in the market.
Earlier France had imposed a fine of about $ 25 million on Apple in February in the case of slowing processors for older iPhones, to push people to buy deuda phones.
